Q1: What type of manufacturer are you?

Q2: Can we arrange a factory tour?
A: Yes, warmly welcome you to visit our production workshop, design studio and finished product showroom. We support on-site inspection, production watching and sample checking. We can provide factory video live broadcast if you cannot come to China in person.

Q3: Do you accept OEM & ODM customization?
A: Customization is our core advantage. We support custom size, RAL color, logo printing, surface wood grain coating and structural adjustment for waste storage enclosures, park seating, landscape containers and kids playground sets. Our design team can make exclusive CAD drawings and renderings according to your project plan.

Q4: What’s your main raw material and its strengths?
A: All our outdoor facilities adopt thick galvanized steel as base material. It features excellent rust-proof, anti-corrosion and UV resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor use in parks, communities, plazas and schools. Optional wood grain powder coating brings natural texture without decay, easy to clean and low maintenance.

Q6: How weather-resistant are your outdoor facilities?
A: After professional pickling, phosphating and powder coating treatment, our galvanized steel products can resist heavy rain, snow, strong sunlight and temperature changes. No fading, rust or deformation within 5–8 years under normal outdoor environment.

Q7: How can I get an accurate quotation?
A: Please send us your required product type (waste bin / public seating / landscape planter / 游乐场设备), dimension, quantity, color and custom logo demand. Our sales team will send detailed price list, production lead time and full certification documents within 24 working hours.

Q8: What is your MOQ?
A: We support flexible order volume. Small bulk orders for charity waste bins or community landscape trial projects are acceptable; large MOQ enjoys more favorable factory direct price for municipal tender and wholesale distributors.

Q9: Payment terms & production delivery time?
A: We accept T/T, L/C payment. Standard production cycle is 15–25 working days based on order quantity. We guarantee on-time delivery for all waste recycling, public seating and playground equipment orders.

Q10: What warranty service do you offer?
A: We provide 3-year whole-unit warranty for all galvanized steel outdoor public facilities. If there are quality problems caused by production defects within warranty period, we supply free replacement parts and technical guidance.

Q11: How do you pack goods for sea transportation?
A: We adopt export-grade wooden crate packaging with foam inner protection to avoid scratch, dent and deformation during long-distance sea freight for waste bins, metal planters and playground components.

Q12: What to do if goods arrive damaged?
A: Please take photos & videos of damaged packages and products immediately when receiving cargo. Send materials to our sales manager, we will confirm the issue and arrange compensation or supplementary production quickly.
